We accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards. Your copay is due at the time of your visit. We do not accept personal checks for copays.
If you are on medications, please bring all of your prescription medication bottles to your new patient visit, so the Doctor can review them.
If your health insurance requires you to designate a primary care physician, please do not forget to call your health insurance company and do so.
New patients should plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete the registration process.
